Unlicensed electricity regulation
What are the required documents?
- Unlicensed production connection application form,
- Certificates of authority of persons authorized to represent and sign the legal entity,
- Pertaining to the place where the production facility will be established; title deed or lease agreement for a minimum of two years with the signature circular,
- If the production facility is intended to be built on public, treasury land or areas considered forest, the document proving that the right of use has been obtained,
- For applications other than roof application;
Absolute agricultural lands, Special crop lands, Dikili agricultural lands, Irrigated agricultural lands, marginal agricultural land letter to be obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry or the provincial directorates of the said Ministry, - Fixed non-roaming subscriber number,
- Document to be obtained within the scope of Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation for projects above threshold values, excluding roof applications
- Receipt that the application fee has been deposited into the account of the relevant network operator,
- Single Line Diagram showing the technical features of the facility to be established,
- SPP Technical Evaluation Form prepared by the General Directorate of Renewable Energy,
- Approved coordinated application sketch,
- Information and documents revealing the partnership structure of the applicant legal person, real or legal persons who have direct or indirect shares in the legal entity and, in case of existence, the control relationship,
- Trade registry newspaper showing the partnership structure of the legal person,
- Tax plate,
- Residency certificate for roof type applications,
- Declaration form stating that the partners of the company are not prohibited from entering the market,
- Declaration form signed by company officials regarding the installed power limit,
- For the persons in which the applicant legal entity is a direct or indirect partner and under the control of these persons, an application is made to the distribution company by preparing a control declaration to be obtained from the legal entity.
